  1. AKG K 420 Foldable Mini Headphone - Blue

    3.00 star(s)
This headphone has a quite good sound quality for its price. Its sound is very clear, the mids and highs are well detailled. The bass is tight but some recordings sound lacking bass. It needed a little bit more body and warmish on the sound. The ear pads have a bad quality. The pads from mine has last about 8 months.
  2. Sennheiser PX 100-II Supra-Aural Mini Headphones - Black

I am really disappointed with these cans. I have a Koss Porta Pro and I was waiting at least a closer quality compared to this. My AKG K420 sounds much better, with much more detail. These cans are bassy and have an extremely recessed mids and highs. The sound is extremely muffled. You, absolutely, can not hear to any detail on the music with these cans. For the same price or even cheaper, with a better quality, go with AKG K420 or Koss Porta Pro.

  4. Technics RP-DH1200 DJ Headphones

    3.00 star(s)
Very strong and impactfull bass, great build quality. High input power. It is very sensible, has a very loud volume. Very good for DJ monitoring.   Not confortable! Very fatiguing. It makes a little of pression on the head. Not well ballanced, there's no much detail on the sound, the bass could be too excel over other frequencies. .
  5. Matrix M-Stage

Fantastic sound quality! Very clean, detailed and balanced sound. Really strong power for high impedance headphones. Best buy until US 250,00.. It can drive easily my AKG K702 (famous for being hard to drive) and my SENNHEISER HD-650 (300 ohms). Multi gain level: +0db, +10db, +18db, +20db. It can drive every kind of headphone easily!
  6. Pioneer HDJ-2000 Reference Professional Dj Headphones

    4.00 star(s)
Great sound, strong bass, great construct quality, very confortable, warm sound. This is a real overall headphone. Everything will sound good on it (not a real reference headphone). Fantastic for Electronic, Trance, House, Chill-Out, Hip Hop, Pop. Very good for Rock, Metal. Everything sounds good, from classical, passing through jazz, to Trash Death Metal. The balance is not very precise for mixing music. Really good for DJ monitoring.

  8. AKG K 702 Black

    5.00 star(s)
Fantastic Reference Headphones, fantastic sound clarity and definition. The soundstage is the best! Incredible detailed sound and instruments separation. Not for everyone. This is a very honest headphone: very analytical sound, bad recordings will sound bad, good recordings will sound fantastic pleasant. Bass can be a little weak in some tracks. Hard to drive, amp needed.

  10. Sennheiser HD 650 Headphones

Everything sounds great, extremely clean and extremely detailed on the HD 650.   Fantastic clean sound, fantastic resolution, fantastic tone, warm, extremely well balanced, great bass (not boosted), very detailed sound, well separated instruments, very present sound, great sound stage, the highs and mids are smooth, clean and sound very musically.   And how about the infamous veil of the HD 650? It, definitely, does not exist. Perhaps on the old models, with the black drive, it could be true. On my new model, with the silver drive, there is...
