I got the velour edition. The premium didn't come with velour, so he recommended the pro because they did. Else I would have to buy them separately. How long are you able to have yours on? Yes, any headset will work for my Mac, I just ment, it also has to sound good on my Mac Mini The headset plug-in is normal, like a Windows PC. It is only the Mic port that is strange on Mac S: But what will you recommend to get?- laur5730
