I bought both but think that I slightly prefer the black and white over the blue and silver.

I bought a CP13 and when playing prerecorded commercial tapes the player sounds substantially better than my walkman wm-ex1. Metal tapes also sound awesome on this unit. I have enjoyed the player so much, I bought another one; kudos to FIIO for producing this. I hope that it has many buyers.
