I actually didn't think of that as a possibility. Though I don't really have spare cables (unattached to any IEMs) at the moment, so maybe this could be an option for the future. Or...I could always get a cheap 2pin and use the adaptor.

Hi, does anyone have any reccomendations for a cable for the ATH IM70s? I'd have gotten the cable swapped under warranty but that expired sometime last year, and the cable feels that it would go soon. I do have better pair that I usually use but sometimes I use the IM70s on occasion. Unless...

It is highly possible that the current max screen brightness is the maximum that they can get with the screen. It's most likely a backlit LCD screen, as such, trying to increase the brightness even further by adjusting code may result in either the screen burning out faster, or the battery...

You can just copy the theme file into the respective areas in the firmware package you want. The filepath for the theme files is system\usr\resource\litegui from the firmware file (after unzipping)

Hi @piotrus-g, I'm a bit new here, but could I ask if there are any limitations to what you and your team can pull off with regards to CIEM design? I'm quite likely to pick up a FIBAE 2 for my next IEM, and after seeing some of the stuff CA has done, I've come up with quite an interesting design...

I don't remember hearing any noise floor when listening. I'm not too sure how to listen for clipping though. I'll give the tracks another listen soon, as well as the stuff you uploaded, and I'll see if i can hear anything. Just note that I'm on firmware version 1.2, so it could be the firmware...

@miceblue Update: I've tested the Jan Gunnar Hoff: LIVING in 24/352.8k and couldn't hear any hiss or background noise. My setup is the M3s on 1.2 connected to the ATH IM70. I also tested the Mozarts and did not encounter any issues.

Could try going back to firmware 1.2? I've had no problems with my music so far, I'll give one of the 24/352.8k test tracks a try on my M3s later too. I'll update afterwards.

Isn't the Adel option still available when ordering the IEM tho? The option is there in the designer for the Spartan and Zeus, but not for the X and EP series
