But they didn't say any of that to me. They even emailed me to tell me they received my headphones. If sent in everything just as I got it (as you would with any return or exchange, with any online retailer), why send me back just the headphones?

Right driver went today. Tightening the screws doesn't do anything anymore. Why can't these stay working?! 

I've gotta say, QC issues aside, I have fallen in love with the sound of these for electronic music. Its been 5 days and they keep wow-ing me with their combination of clarity, bass punch, and speed. To my ears, they absolutely destroy the Pro900's, which are at a similar price-point.

I actually had the same weird issue, when I would unplug my source and plug it back in, the sound would come back, just to go out in a few seconds mid song. They've been ok for the past 20 min thou. I've been pressing and shaking them to try to recreate the issue, so far so good. Fingers...

I took the left side apart again and tightened the hell out of the little nuts and screws that sandwich the driver between the two plates. Luckily I had a tiny wrench from my RC days. It seems to have resolved the issue for the time being. Lets see if it lasts. I don't know how many of these...

Just when I started to love these, the left side has begun to act up. Left driver gone, then comes back, then gone again, then comes back half volume. :(   Edit: the issue is gone if I press the cup towards my head, but comes back eventually. All the screws and nuts are tight.
