I’ve only owned the Aeolus and Atrium Open, but when I first heard the strings in a full symphony play on the Atriums, it was a transcendental experience. Sonorous was the term someone else here used to describe it, which fits well IMO.

No, I've emailed them several times in recent days about some miscellaneous hardware questions and none of my emails has garnered an auto-reply, but I have been getting responses from their staff.

In my experience with ZMF, whatever blemish is there probably wouldn't even have been noticeable if they hadn't pointed it out (I think they are just very selective when it comes to QC for any imperfections).

I heartily agree. I’ve been using it extensively for about two weeks now, and after doing some direct A/B testing, it is quickly displacing many of my other favorite headphone amps.
