Low level amps are actually impressive and I share the view re use; having a Nagra 300i and a first watt j2; both having 10-20w. They sound very well also loud with the likes as a Burmester small l/s or a bw 804 I am really contemplating buying one of these Schiit amps…

I did not listen too long to Supermoon but superficially they are similar. Re Amt they are technically (physical principe) quite near to planars hence I would qualify them similar from a technical point of view

You should try one of the obravo AMTs is Eamt1/2c or clio. They are a tad warmer but equally impressive, re Campire they are good, but none of the BAs neither Solaris have the resolution of A8000 or the obravos. The miss microstructure. An other one which you might want to heas is CA supermoon...

What I really like with the bravo’s is the Heil amt driver which has excellent resolution and speed, almost like an electrostatic but less onerous in terms of bespoken amps. You can btw see this also with Loudspeakers - I have a Burmesyer 022 which excels in the same dimenso

I had Cupid and Solaris also. Your statement is in my view correct. The Cupid is a league up similar to the sure 1200 or the lcd i4. As a consequence Solaris is mostly in the drawer :). Did you hear super moon - they are closer; I prefer however clio

I bought it from Phil and I am most happy, it sounds almost as good as the Eamt 1and 2c’s but for a much lower price and a more common form factor. Very well done!

I had a mishap - may dcs Rossini is in repair and I compared ak 1000 vs se200 with passlabs xa30.8 and Wilson Sabrina. The difference between the two dacs is material to such a degree, which I could not appreciate before. When listening vs Rossini 1000m was materially worse. Still good, but not...

I can only speak about the bravo - you should listen to it and decide yourself - independent on c's view. I have made up my decision, see below
