3.2Vrms from 3.5mm & 6.4Vrms from 4.4mm

I've had my A12's for over 2 years now and I have dropped them from a standing position onto a tiled floor. Bounced a couple of times and not a scratch on them ..

I’ve had my P2 for over a month now and have yet to experience any problems with the software. I know friends who own the X5 III and they have similar problems with buggy software

Thanks .. I actually found a post on the Plenue D thread posted by @BruceBanner (https://www.head-fi.org/threads/cowon-plenue-d.789488/page-74#post_12310715) and used those settings as a starting point .. googled the frequency bands to see what they related to and tweaked it to my liking

Thank you .. really enjoying it at the moment. I haven't gone balanced yet. I've got the APEX m15 modules arriving in a couple of weeks time and then I will consider changing the single ended connector on my Ref8 to balanced.

So i finally pulled the trigger and picked up the P2 over the weekend at one of the annual AV shows here in Hong Kong. I remember before asking @Dukebb13 on how it compared to the AK Jr and the response was night and day. I have to agree with that statement as my AK Jr sounds harsh and...

I'm interested to hear yours thoughts as to why the X5 & A12 pairing sucked as I own the A12 and considering the X5.

Thanks for your reply. I had a chance to listen to the P2 last night and I'd have to agree it is night and day compared to the Jr. JetEffects is amazing .. it was on the default Normal setting initially, then I changed it to Headphone 1 and literally went wow!! .. I tried Headphone 2 but...

LOL .. not the greatest my any means .. but I'd thought to ask ask Dukebb13 had one and to be honest that is my baseline at the moment as I own one.

Hi Dukebb13 .. I would be interested to hear thought on how AK Jr compares to the P2? I currently own the AK Jr and looking to upgrade. My current setup is A12 (m20) with ALO Ref8 cable and AK Jr. Many thanks

I emailed 64 also for confirmation, the response I received was Quote "The premium cable is compatible with all our models.  It's intended to release the full sound of the Tia models but it will offer a very slight increase in lows and highs on the non-Tia models"

        It states that the replacement cable is not compatible with tia products A18, U18 and tia Fourte, but I wondering if the Premium cable is compatible with the U/A12's even though its designed for the U/A18/s & Fourte?
