Can definitely have it on charge when listening. No noise. The volume control is very smooth and no issues with channel balance for me, although I do generally have it at about 50%, and the DAP output adjusted accordingly. Not sure you'll use it at very low settings much. B

See the reply from AK earlier in the thread about what Current and Gain (and Crossfeed) do. I have used my PA10 with various combinations. The Current settings mid/high does add a sort of reverb and shinier dynamic (I am not sure how else to describe it) . It is subtle and suits some music...

Fixed! My Kann Alpha did a firmware update this week and now streams from the router perfectly. Took a while...

This is interesting. Used on a WiFi hotspot from my phone it works fine. Tries on a WifI extender (netgear) in an annexe of my house that is wired to the BT hub it drops out after one track on Tidal. For the life of me I cannot see any support contact for A+K Bruce

I am with you, and see what you are suggesting. Bit busy now but will try later/tomorrow and get back to you. My old Kann worked fine FWIW.
