What I dont understand is the beat studios get so much hate and everyone says they are terrible sounding, but then go on consumer reports and they rated 71 and are reconmended and in the picture, they are the 4th down from the top.  Just double click it to see it betterbettered. 

I want to recable it since I will be traveling around with them alot and i would just like to be able to take out the cable.  

I am 13 turning 14 on January 6.  My dads job is fixing coffee, juice, and expresso machines which involves soldering wires to elements and all the circuits.  He's been doing it for over 10 years so I'm pretty sure he can help me recable headphones.

since you arent allowed to talk about fake headphones,  I know there fake from dhgate.  I wanted to know a more unbiased opinion from comparing fakes to reals.  Is there a video or something about recabling m50s with instructions and pictures?  I only find ones with words and I get confused with...

I also would like a cable that can be taken out, I cant remember the name of what its called right now.  I could make my own recable thing and put in my own little socket in the m50s for the replacable cable but i dont know how to, if someone might want to put a url to a tutorial or something.
