Hi, I do not get Bob's respose. I tried to shake the unit to confirm the rattle sound. To my surprise, it is "getting" better (lesser or almost rattle sound if I touch the unit). So this is to convince me more sure it's internal although it does not impact the sound it is kind of annoying.

My left unit too. I am worried it is not the black bar but the part 😥 I sent out an email to Bob and waiting for his response.

Just received my Aces, at first I was worried with the sound and size, looks a bit bulky, conversely it is very comfortable to my small ears. And after 2 hours listening, I think I will enjoy it and worth the long wait. I will keep the stock cable and tips until they are fully burn-in.

All, anyone got the tracking# of EDP ACE already? I am asking the update to Bob instead of giving the tentative date, his reply implicates that ACE is still on assembling stage. What disappointed me he asks for refund now after the more 3 months waiting!! IMO, this is not a good customer service...

This is to confirm that CRA slams harder than Timeless (XINHS 8 Strand Pure silver wire + gold-plated copper wire). The subbass is also more extended. Between 20 and 35 seconds of Shepherd of Fire, you can feel the subbass more. To me, the rock music will sound better on the CRA than Timeless...
