This happened to me quite a bit and I have been able to reproduce this with one workflow so far. Pull down for quick menu, goto settings, back arrow to get out of settings while browsing artist/directory/album. The workaround is to click the search to get the back arrow to come back.

From what I understand you need to have a 5V/2A charger and QC will work, but you will run into intermittent problems. The QC will switch voltage between 5V, 9V, 12V as it steps up for faster charging, which will stop the E7 from charging.

I agree! I find the LD tuning to be my favorite with HT being the runner up. For me, HD just raises the treble a little too much and sounds peaky at times.
