Like I said, I sent it before to replace the cable under warranty. This time I sent it to repair but mentioned them the cable still doing that.

The top photo was the orginal cable, the bottom was replaced by Grado Labs in February 2023, the photo I took in November 2023. I don't have my GS3000x now because it at Grado Labs right now.

Mine is very hard right now I don't think I can bend it :(.

How is Mojo+Poly do with leather case. I didn't order with my M&P because I heard Mojo will get very hot during operate and I keep mine at home all most all the time. It's get very hot when it in my pocket when I carry around the house do something.

Took almost 6hrs for brand new Poly to fully charged. It's don't have color code while charging like Mojo 2 to unplug at 80%.

I did charged with and without Mojo for couple hours, different chargers and cables, plug and unplug many times but no hope. Btw, how do you know Poly fully charged? I'm charging the replacement for 5+ hrs and the P.Starus light still stay on white.
