Lol, that was ages ago....no more now. It costs a fair bit to commission and with the heat we get here all year round, the Megatron is not going to help....and that's not even taking into consideration the electricity bill :p- Rossliew

Feliks Audio tube amps
Wow, still at it with your tube amps. I would have thought the Glenn one would be the pinnacle of it. But we all know how it goes lol. Hey, what about your vintage amps? These would be the knees bees I would reckon, solid state but sounding rather tubey at times. I'm currently using my Hugo2...- Rossliew

Speaker amps for headphones
LOL, guess its still fine but over the longer term, who knows? So, its safer with solid state amps to just tap them direct off the speaker taps.- Rossliew

Speaker amps for headphones
Are you driving the cans straight off the taps without any resistor in place? I've always been under the impression that one should not drive headphones directly off the speaker taps of a transformer coupled tube amp. Or am i wrong to think as such?- Rossliew

I envy you for having specialists around that you can reach out for help. It's pretty much a gamble here as most are not really specialists per se but perhaps merely technicians who are jack of all trades but master of none.- Rossliew
