This is interesting indeed, one could ditch crossover filters in speakers. I would then really like to also see phase shifting options to align the speaker drivers 😃 One also needs two DAC's to feed the signals. But i think the outputs are hardware circuit bound together by a multiplexer chip- Reactcore

One more interview: So it shows the incoming samplerate on display.. @Rob Watts does (or can you make) it also show the bit depth of the source?- Reactcore

Make this a suggestion for @Rob Watts for if its not in there. He can still implement some functions before it gets frozen with the release. Perhaps we should create a wishlist- Reactcore

Why such hate and complaints about Dave's controls.. they cant ever do it right. I couldnt care less if theyre not labeled, the display is low resolution, it has more inputs than i need. If you dont like it , sell it and never look back. I like the technical reasoning behind its display, even...- Reactcore

I Found a short Munich impression on this Japanese site: https://www.phileweb.com/sp/news/audio/202405/12/25326.html Ive put it through a translator giving this result: Upscaler aimed at further improving of the transients The code featured upscaler and enhanced power supply that further...- Reactcore

Quartet scaler seems to have a DBNC input, but its not wise to put 768k from Blu2 in it, as the Quartet would just pass the bits through unprocessed i think.. imo its best to go with @SoupRKnowva suggestion. Futher.. Dave has two DBNC inputs so you can connect both Quartet and Blu2 side by side...- Reactcore

Remember inside the Chord DAC she signal is being further upsampled all the way to 104Mhz before it hits the pulsearray.. 705.6/768 is only the transport frequency (1st stage WTA1) into the DAC wherein its further processed.- Reactcore

Rob explained also (its in the films) that he fathomed a mystery regarding the windowing function of his WTA. The boundaries in which the sync function is finited. I think it means he potentially can make every tap more efficient, and a small change cummulated to millions can bring a massive...- Reactcore
