My friend has owned both the EX71s and the EX51s, and both of them the cord had corroded and coppper was exposed. He's looking for another pair of EX51s, except the white ones (EX51LP), I was wondering.. does the cord deteriorate too on these ones? Thanks in advanced.

I noticed using the Custom EQ (after updating firmware, as before it would get pretty distorted) that if I switch a song, or turn the unit off for awhile and turn it back on, the EQ would be set back to normal and I'd have to go to sound > equalizer and adjust one of the bars to get the EQ back...

I really love the sound of my PX100s, but I really can't stand how much they leak esp. in public areas. So I need some good closed portable cans. I was thinking about the PX200s at first but heard about how hard it is to get a good seal. Would the Sony V6 be a good upgrade from the PX100s?
