Great condition Westone W50 IEM's. Very bass heavy BA IEM, but still with an amazing midrange. Only "flaw" is the red faceplates were glued on because the screws for the faceplates stripped (common for this generation Weston IEM) Selling as I don't use IEM's much these days and have W80's.

Any recommendation for a USB-C to USB-C cable to use with this device for interfacing with a Mac? I tried using a Sandisk USB-C cable that came with an SSD but it does not seem to work with the Hi-mDAC? Does this unit require a special type of USB-C to USB-C cable? The USB-A to USB-C cable...

I second this.  At times I even prefer the Westone 3's to the JH5.  But not often :)

It's been a very long time since I've heard the Xonar DX, but I am quite certain the uDSD would be an improvement as it is very close to the HDP, which was much better than the Asus cards.  It is also a much more convenient and flexible device.  I say definitely go for it!

I have found Westone 3's now 30's to pair very well with both my iPhone 5 and 5s.  

CEntrance is very slow with communication and repairs in my past experience.  I had a DACmini CX repaired and it took just over 3 months from when I dropped it off to when it was returned to me.

  Still my go-to universal, after 3 years =)

I have found the iPhone 5 and Westone 3 to have good synergy in general.

May depend on what hardware you are using. I always had to EQ my IE8 out of a DAP, but from a dedicated DAC/Amp it always sounded great. I used NuForce and CEntrance.

I would stick with the W30.  

+1   Been around the block and now am settled with my HD700 and DACmini.  :)

The Sony NWZ-A17 has all the features I want and use on the J3. If file transfer speeds are faster, I'd consider it a step up, but I have no need to replace my J3 at the moment.
