What's the Kramer mod supposed to accomplish? I would love for these to have more highs. They are so laid back.

Really? I have them and with the comply foam tips and run behind the ears, they never ever fall out. I use the app to adjust the sound and I am very happy with them.

The headphones don't have enough on board processing power to run the Aptx or AAC codecs and EQ processing at the same time. Best advice is use another EQ app and run music though that.

There are no originals. The only thing to do it cut open the back of the oem and new and swap the foam out and reseal with tape/glue/sewing.

This works great. I tried this with my MDR-1000X and in priority connection I can see codec-0 and in priority sound quality I can see codec-2.
