Broken sub research : Does this song vibrate your ATH M50s?
Basically I sent my M50s to be tested as they used to resonate in terms of sub bass They used to be SO loud. Now theyre flat. Accurate but lacking in boom. ATH M50s flatter bass after burn in? Can the "subs" bust?
I'm using an Iphone 4 too. But even in my stereo the phones harsh and the bass has very little punch. I'd say they normally should be punchy. 320 mp3s mainly too- WhiteLabel

ATH M50s flatter bass after burn in? Can the "subs" bust?
You may be right. I'll have my ears checked. But the bass used to rattle the phones. Nowadays its flat, after some 200 hours burn in. Are there any part of the phones that could be broken, causing a lacking bass? Thanks for your help, and putting up with a noob- WhiteLabel

ATH M50s flatter bass after burn in? Can the "subs" bust?
Hi guys When I first got the M50s, the bass was, full and accurate with a rich depth. Now it is flat, less forward with less rumble. The highs appear slightly harsher. I used them for dubstep at full volume with a Fiio E5. Are the cans bust? The sound seems night and day..Any ideas?- WhiteLabel
