Stax SR-Omega 1 has landed! (Large 56K Warning)

Say something bad about your favorite cans...
I always wanted the HE 90's They are not for me. The HE 60 are more for me. And the RS-1000 are not as good as the RS-1's just more money. I spent tons of money tring to find the right one. I'm still looking. lol- carlflow

A week with my STAX SR-404/SRM-313. Impressions + pics (1.5 mb)
I have all the new Stax phones and the 007t amp had the 006t and some Solid state stax older ones. The 404 and 303 are good headphones. I have the Omega's and 4070 Sen's HE 90 and HE 60. I still like the 404 and the 007t together, For the money its a great buy in headphones I think they get over...- carlflow

PS-1 + Gs-1000 bagels ? no one ?
I have tried the GS-1 with the flat pads and they sound some what like the PS-1's. After reading your post I tried them out PS-1's with the bagels and it the same affect. Over the past 10 years I have owned all of the Grado except the RS-2. I had two pairs of the RS-1 me and the wife watched are DVD's with. Amp Synergy with the GS1000
I wished I never would of sold my Cary SEI 300B. I haven't found the amp that fit the GS 1000 so far. The ones I have sound good but I think I can find better.- carlflow

I broke them in for 120 hour of hard rock. I really like the sound I find that I can wear them for hours and not even realize I wearing headphones they are so light.
