I just got the M-Stage a few days ago, and I must say I am impressed, I got the version with the USB dac and Im pretty happy, theres finally a satisfying amount of bass and a lot more detail compared to my AVR.  I was surprised on how much a USB cable mattered, the Mstage did not come with a USB...

I would pick the V6 as well... although the DJ100 was more refined, i felt the mids were a bit too forward for my liking...but i think it boils down to your preferences

I have a pair of the limited edition M50, and also the Ultrason HFI780... I have to say Im enjoying the Ultrasones a lot more...  The bass on them are a lot cleaner, while the M50 maybe have just a slight bit more quantity, it is quite boomy. The mids are similar, but the treble on the HFI780...

I had the K240s about 2 months ago and found that they were fairly bassy compared to the headphones I have.. especially a mid bass hump.... To me the bass was also a little slow and overall sounded a bit syrupy and too laid back and dark sounding, the treble was recessed and i ended up returning...

I wouldnt get the AD900 if you want good bass or non sparkly treble, as to me ad900 has both of those while sounding somewhat metallic.. I havent heard the other 2 though so Im not sure which of the other 2 is better
