It appears that every manufacturer is experiencing supply chain issues, elevated shipping/distribution costs, Covid problems (still) and the upcoming holiday season already sounds like a nightmare. I guess a cost increase shouldn’t be a surprise. Glad I purchased my Chord gear last year!

I own the LCD-X so I can’t answer specifically about the LCD-4. The Abyss is clearly better than the LCD-X and is more comfortable to wear and use for me. Perhaps someone else can chime in about the LCD-4.

I agree though I suspect it relates more to a bad batch of boards with a flawed inrush limiter. I’m pretty confident that was my issue since I could initiate the device with a battery and then quickly switch to the stock PSU when the caps were charged. Obviously I still wonder why the battery...

Totally agree here. The now six year old DAVE is more likely to be next than a TT3 but Chord isn’t even offering a tease as far as I know. Really, the TT2 is a great device @Scrum92 so I wouldn’t wait.
