So, I currently have the Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO's. I love the sound and I find them comfortable and they have been great headphones. But my living situation has changed and now there is a bit of outside sound and its bothering me. So I'd like to move from open back to closed back. I considered...- bcd127

Brainwavz S5 replacement tips
So I got a pair of S5s that I enjoy, but I got them used, so it's missing a lot of tips. My favorite of what I had was the double flanged ones but they just broke. I'd like to buy some new tips, but I wouldn't even know where to look. I don't care for foam tips, so comply is kind of off the...- bcd127

Looking for a pair of open back headphones
Sorry for the slow response. That's awesome! I'm pretty much sold at this point. I'd be using them on a regular ole desktop pc. That's about it. I don't have a dedicated sound card or anything. Would a Schiit Magni work?- bcd127

Hey, I'm looking for some new headphones. I've had a pair of Shure SRH840's for a while and I love them, but they're getting a bit old and I kinda just want some new headphones to be honest. I really like how the SRH840's sound, the only thing I would add is a tiny bit more bass. So I'd like to...- bcd127

Hey everyone. I have had my Shure SRH840's for a little over a year now and I love them to death; however, the right ear is beginning to short out. They are certainly still usable but I'm just thinking about whats next. The sound of the SHR840 is amazing and I want to stick to something like...- bcd127

Shorter cable for the Shure srh840's?
I love the headphones to death. I really do. As for portable use... eh. Not so much. Its just the cable can get to be so long and cumbersome. Is there any other shorter and possibly straight cables available?- bcd127

Just a side note but Bose isn't "bad" but rather overpriced for the performance of the headphones. There is much better headphones for much cheaper.- bcd127
