Geek Pulse: Geek desktop DAC/AMP by Light Harmonics
I really got to be one of the last people with a functioning Geek Pulse (SFI). It sounds good, but it's buggy as all hell. But, when you know how to deal with its quirks, it works well enough.- flipper2gv

Will it be available at retailers soon? I'm interested in a pair but I don't want to pay the customs that would come with a pair like these.- flipper2gv

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV
Are they gonna update the m100? I'm really not interested in a wireless model and it would be an insta buy for the m100 (my m100 have lasted wayy past their due).- flipper2gv

V-MODA M-100: Discussion/Feedback, Reviews, Pics, etc.
Any ideas if those are getting an update at some point? Mine are 3 years and a half old, I go to the gym with them, they survived rain and snow perfectly so far but they're getting pretty rough looking. I don't want to buy a new pair if they're gonna update them in like 6 months.- flipper2gv

It is absolutely not comparable in genre as to what I posted though. Soulside journey is really old school death, proto black if you want. What I posted is closer to Fallujah than anything else.- flipper2gv

Yes it was izotope as a foobar vst plugin. Problem was to eliminate the sibilance on these 3 albums I needed to cut too much than what I like.- flipper2gv

Tried it but it changes the sound too much. Honestly, for these albums I just switch to the HE-500. But for many other albums, I prefer the Vibro. Especially older jazz recordings like I said.- flipper2gv

I've thought about it, but honestly it's really really good with the vast majority. It's only 3 albums out of my very large collection that seems to be a little problematic.- flipper2gv

I have to say, my Vibro has a narrow band around 5k that is quite sibilant. If it's poorly produced and strong in that region, it is a bit of pain.- flipper2gv
