no Caspian uses different driver here is Caspian here is the Peerless HPD-50N25PR00-32 the Meze 109 driver looks very similar to HPD 50 but it seems darker, it is posible to be the same driver but treated with some sort of coating the black paper cone in the center looks the same though

From the photo it looks like they use Peerless HPD-50N25PR00-32 driver (the same as Borealis and Kennerton Vali).
