Sibilance is mainly a recording flaw and a lot of headphones artificially reduce this at the expense of detail. I have listened to the E10 on great recordings and the sound is pure heaven for earphones in that price range.

OMG HELP!!!  My babies have faltered.  I can put the nozzle back in but eventually it comes out. Does anyone know what might work best to get that nozzle in tight??

This is awesome, thank's for taking the time to post this.  I think over the years my preferred sound is changing slightly towards a slightly warmer signature and since I already had the 325's I know I want it back but always remember at times I wish I could warm it up a biy. 

It's funny because if I had to make it just perfect for my taste I would have toned down the highs just a tad.

Can someone who is very familiar with Grado please tell me the sonic differences between the 325e and the Alessandro music series two?  I actually had the 325's before and loved the sound particularly the top end.

Thanks for all the kind suggestions guys, but this drive is hopeless at least that I'm not spending any money to retrieve anything! Anyway I found an older my book with about half the flac files that I lost on it, so any stuff that I really miss so much I'll just buy and rip again.

Just reporting in with my jealousy to all of you :) I am back after about 8-9 years and these where my favorite rock cans of all time, considering my budget at the time. Al is nt lost as I am buying them as soon as I can. Always go back to the tried and true is my belief

Damn yes it is a My Book drive, and it's funny I never really even used it that long, what a shame that i sold all my CD's after I ripped them all to Flac with DBpoweramp and accurate rip :'(

when i plug it in it shows up but just makes funny noises and I can't access the files! should I try to run a disc check with fixing errors?

I have a Western Digital external drive that just won,t work on any of my laptops and all my Flac files are on it. Is there a cheep solution to go somewhere to have them retrieved and moved to my working computer? Please help!

Yes but I am always gonna be adding new headphones and a lot of them are high impedance types, so an amp with adjustable gain would serve me even better.

Willing to spend up to $300 for an amp that can drive 600 ohm Beyerdynamics and Sennhiesers, and other high impedance cans with ease but also looking for a fairly neutral response.

Can the little dot drive 600 Ohm headphones efficiently?
