I have both of those tubes and to my ears the Psvane CV181-T MkII is a very nice tube indeed - one of my favorites. The sound of the WE6SN7Plus reminds me of the Psvane tube. The treble on the Linlai E-6SN7 has an unpleasantly sharp edge to my ears, but I'm very treble sensitive so YMMV.

One of my all-time favorite amplifier-headphone combos is the Liquid Platinum with the ZMF Aeolus. Lovely musicality through and through.

Buying tubes can often be a crapshoot (meaning you can't tell which tubes will work well with which amps and which headphones in advance - at least I can't) so you might as well buy tubes that look good IMHO.

I have a pair of SVS SB-1000 Pro subs and the Bluetooth app was one of the main reasons that I chose SVS. Being able to adjust the subs from my listening position is a major plus. Plus, SVS is known for very good customer service.
