@zach915m: I did not find any weight specifications for the Blackwood Auteur. I know it is a very dense wood. Could you give us an idea, please?

@PacoTaco, no need to say sorry. I have been combing different sites for impressions about the Auteur as well, and it is great to see them here summerized! Especially for those thinking of pre-ordering the Auteur (e.g. me!) every bit of information is welcome.

I heard these in Holland with Audio Technica´s flagship amp. I wanted to like them, but they did not do it for my taste. They are rather bright and tonally go more direction HD800, SR-900 and other analytical cans. They have more of an etheric sound. For me too little warmth, body and weight. FR...

I have a Concero HD here waiting to pair with the LC...

hi Stillhart,   that are some good additional notes to your actual review here in your last post... thanks. I am waiting for an LC myself to be combined with a Concero HD dac and the ATH-W3000ANV which are being recabled to balanced by Matthew from Forza Audioworks.
