    thanks for your positive feedback! I associate colourful with a lot of different aspects, such as warmth, thickness of notes and dynamics. To unify them I think colourful gives a good association - no idea why people do not use this adjective normally.

    Look at the top of the player, next to the volume number on the left you have a headphone/plugs symbol and next to that there is either nothing (unlocked) or something that looks like a suitcase (or a weirdly stretched lock, if you like), which means that you disabled your touch screen.

    No problem. The Twag is more analytic and cleaner, the neptune warmer and more musical. They should both widen the mids significantly and tighten and control the bass.
