Mine did the same a few days ago. Kept pressing the powerbutton for 20 or 30 seconds and then it booted itself.

You have to be lucky though that the app of your choice will support both SD-cards.

I was aiming at the fact that a lot of players (including my app of choice) won't see the second card.

I was thinking of replacing my 2x200GB cards by 1x400GB and sending FiiO the bill. :beyersmile:

With MP3Tag (PC) you can open folders containing mp3's or single mp3's from your harddrive or memory card. Even if the memory card is still in the player. I don't think it would be very handy to install it on the FiiO though.

You might wanna use a program like MP3Tag to copy the Artist field to the Album Artist field. Problem solved. That's how I tricked Foobar which uses Album Artists fields instead of Artist fields. You will have to remind yourself to do it every time you add stuff to your cards though.

PowerAmp is able to see both cards as well, as is Foobar. Both great players. Only thing against Foobar for me is that you can't edit tags with it. PowerAmp has a tagger. My favorite player is Rocket Player. Contacted them and they said dual card support was already on their to-do list. That's...

+1 Please fix this if possible! RocketPlayer still won't see the second card. The same goes for many other players I've been testing.

The signal needs to be processed for that. So it won't be playing bitaccurate anymore. If you want crossfade, you might wanna use a third party app that processes the audio signal if you don't mind.

Is it safe to remove the sd cards when the device is powered down? Or do you still need to dismount the cards like you would when it's turned on? Thanks!
