I'm enjoying my GW100, especially having replaced the ear pads with the G-cush. One problem I have is that when wired, the left and right channels are reversed. Is this a known issue or by design? My pair arrived today and I'm loving them so far. Mine are the newer model with USB-C, Bluetooth 5.0 and 40 hour battery life according to the specs. I'm not sure if the sound profile has changed or they just need breaking in - I have seen them described as bright in the treble and restrained...- Pat the dog

Update: I sold my Y500. Despite enjoying the audio quality, I couldn't deal with compromises in comfort (sore ears) and usability (unreliable automatic pause/resume and inconvenient 30 minute auto-off). Picked up a pair of these from the local equivalent of craigslist - they're being bundled with some Samsung phones so there are plenty of unwanted sets being sold off, new, sealed for as little as 50 euro.
