Do you have any timeframe (how long have you been waiting)? Was it shipped using economy/ground? I've never had any problems like you described, but maybe that's because when it comes to international, I stick to EMS.

I've never had any USB related problem like the one you described. I can even use my Pico on a single-core XP with no problems. It might help if you post some information on your laptop (make, CPU, year etc).

Yuin PK2s are excellent except that they have a slightly warped and unnature soundstage to them. An alternative is the B&O A8, a good all rounder with lean bass, which are ear clips with no canal insertion involved.
