Mine work well, but have the pivot loosening issue, still searching for a full teardown video/post so I can decide if I want to try and fix them myself. They're loose, but not broken.

first day impressions are good - only tested against the Tin P1 so far, which are the primary reason I bought the device, everything else I use on the go works just find with my ES100 I have a limited selection of reference amps to test against (the E1DA PD was my go to for these IEMs...

The list (a rather short list) of criticisms were largely about the exterior, so that makes a lot of sense. It is a bit hilarious to hear folks expecting other upgrades on a .2 update

I almost lasted a month without mine after the replacement unit they gave me in April died last month - the Drop for $79 made me realize how badly I wanted one in my life again... *sigh* Amazon it is - I so wanted to have the patience to see if the BTR5 was going to be competition for the ES...

That depends entirely on settings, but I get more than enough battery life out of mine - if you're running it at safe volumes, I have no doubt you'd hit 10

I have that cable, if you can find it it is totally worth it

I can say that the ES100 plus the T2 is one of my favorite things on the planet Edit: catch, I'm running mine balanced, which likely helps with the airy wide feel of the T2

That is exactly the same setup I now have (cable and all) those adapters have made me like the whole setup so much more I haven't tried reversing the cans for comfort, but seeing you do it now I am curious

I actually have the 3.5MM version of that cable, I would both love to not buy a nearly identical cable again and would love the option to move to a less flashy cable at some point - truth be told I'll almost certainly break and order exactly that by the end of the week - but I'm hoping...

I'll warm up my paypal account - if you can find adapters that make the cable work for both H1707 and the larger connectors on the HE4XX that would be pure bliss
