You would had to order these separately and manually add them. The Dekoni Elite Hybrids do not come with them by default (at least my did not). Extra $15.

FYI Sennheiser connectors have the polarity reversed on the 2 pins compared to the Fostex cables. Not sure what that affects but is another reason the Sennheiser are not advertised as compatible.

Are you trying to output audio to both at the same time? If not, it should work fine, just click the speaker/volume icon on your menu bar to select the output DAC/Amp you want to actively use. If either dac is USB powered, you will probably need a powered USB hub or the dac may not get enough...
