Focal Utopia General Discussion
I had the Lazuli and the Kimbers but ended up selling them and just using the stock cables. I did try some customs off eBay with my original Utopias and found them to be just as good.- ftllens

Whisky (or Whiskey) Fi
I drink a lot of whiskey of all price ranges. I think Cutty Sark's Prohibition Blended is quite nice for around 50 usd. I had the 38 Royal Salute but can't really recommend it for taste. Beautiful nose but the taste falls off too quickly. Macallan is usually my go to and surprisingly enough...- ftllens

Cologne-fi
I would recommend Maison Francis Kurkdjian's Baccarat 540 Extrait (the ruby bottle). It's basically maraschino cherry concentrated with some weight behind it. The Gentle Fluidity and Ala Rose is popular as well. I havent tried Aqua Media yet, but will try it when my 540 runs out.- ftllens

USB-C to 3.5mm adapters (DAC) - Let's find the best
Good way to avoid that is to just use Harman How to Listen program to test headphones and train your ears. It's right that cans should be used to listen to music not the other way round- ftllens

Sony MDR Z1R...you can't beat physics. It's the huge drivers that shell out almost speaker like impact but with clarity.- ftllens
