Yes, I have the black ones on at the moment. They improve the midbass presence a bit and slightly tame the heat on the higher mids and highs. But I don't use them. Since I got the Artti T10, the KZ planars have lost their relevance for me.

I personally own only 32 Ohm Plus and 300 Ohm. I like the tuning of the 32 Ohm Plus much better (cleaner bass, better, more detailed mids, and overall much more natural sounding compared to the 300 Ohm, even after connecting them to a desktop amp). I haven't tried the basic 32 Ohm version yet...

I fully agree with that statement about the RY4S mmcx plus. Sound-wise they really outperform the X6 strongly. At least for me...

The MMCX on this type of earbuds have a significantly different cable fit to the female connector than that of the IEM. The male connector of the cable slides deep into the connector on the shell, and the connection is much tighter because of this. You can't compare this to the shallow MMCX...

I have all of the above and for me the RY4S plus mmcx with balanced cable from the same manufacturer are clearly the best. This combination still fits into the 20€ price range.

For me again: the ZEX, ZEX pro, CKX, AST and many others. QDC connectors at KZ/CCA were cracking like ice on a lake in spring.
