Bicycle-Fi!
Depends on what you call a proper workout. I frequently ride it at max speed for about two hours and I'd call that a pretty good workout, as the motor doesn't do much most of the time, only really when accelerating or going uphill. Depends very much on the kind of e-bike.- Willehallem

Bicycle-Fi!
Sure, it's a fixie and quite heavy due to the battery. I feel like I'd be quicker with a race bike, not least cause of the extra gears, but it'd probably be more sweaty work too. Also I've had to get it fixed quite a bit.. More complex, so more to go wrong. Uphill the motor is pretty awesome though.- Willehallem

I'm offering my Raal SR1a + Jotunheim R w/o DAC for sale, as I've not been using them due to the fact that I'm more comfortable working on my Genelec monitors. I play a lot of guitar and the cable kind of gets in the way, although I actually prefer the sound signature — it's incredibly spacious...- Willehallem

Which way do you swing?
I run my tube guitar amp into my solid state genelecs (through a UA Ox) for bedroom playing, so best of both worlds lol. Nothing beats tube distortion for guitar tones. Never owned a tube hifi amp though and don't really want to colour my signal so much. Please don't flame me!- Willehallem

Bicycle-Fi!
This is what mine looked like when I got it from the shop, its a helluva lot uglier now after 5k kilometres. Little boutique shop in Düsseldorf, Germany. It's the classiest looking E-bike I could find. It's served me OK but I think I'd just get a regular race bike again next time.- Willehallem

What’s your favorite 2ch speaker pair currently?
I splurged on a pair of Genelec 8341 "The Ones" a few months ago and am very impressed with them. The GLM calibration worked great and they sound excellent, totally recommended. Planning on adding a sub and making a surround setup out of them at some point, if my wallet ever recovers enough...- Willehallem

Lets Talk Metal
Don't think anyone has mentioned the new Meshuggah release yet. "Immutable". Intense and interesting as ever. To me they really are the only metal band that I have never been disappointed with over the years. Sure, the general outline remains similar, but they always find fascinating new ways of...- Willehallem

What is your favorite video game?
I played the first last of us game 5 times in a row with a friend taking turns, cause we loved it so much. Great story, very cinematic. Half Life Alyx is incredible, as is vr in general. I'm loving sim racing atm — project cars 2 right now, super immersive and very realistic. The F1 style cars...- Willehallem

Half Life Alyx
This was the most impressive gaming experience I've ever had, hands down. The immersion is just insane. Felt like being inside of a movie to me, absolutely mind blowing. Gonna give it another go soon. I have a higher res set of goggles now, too, which should be interesting. (reverb g1)- Willehallem

What Are You Listening To Right Now?
Enjoying to the new Meshuggah release right now. "Immutable" Been bumping Metallica's black album a ton too, lately. @UmustBKidn That monsters of rock show is insane.. The image of Russian police beating up the audience burned itself into my mind as a kid. The Pantera show is incredible too.- Willehallem

car-fi
I love the old R8 Design, this is the first time seeing that new design, it doesn't do much for me. With the spice x I might actually be brave enough to do a few laps on a racetrack just for giggles. With a gt4 I'd never wanna do that lol- Willehallem

Not a newbie-Need <$100 iem for outdoor use-via phone. #1 Comfort, #2 No treble peakiness
Yeah, not saying they're the best sounding iems by any stretch. I have the se535s too, they're way nicer but also a lot pricier. Got them at a huge discount luckily. Enjoy the Fiios! never tried em myself.- Willehallem
