I am really eager to try this. I borrowed a Chord Dave for 6 months and compared to Wandla and Qutest. Not much difference between Wandla and Dave after a lot of testing, but there was this warmth/weight to the Dave I really liked that I will miss. If GSE gives me that back I’ll be so happy.

Just make sure your cable has the Sennheiser MMCX connector or it won’t fit. I made this mistake and had to return my cables as it didn’t fit.

I was assuming that Poly is already a server and this was an update to the server. Optimistically I see a new server as something you can more easily update (with your permission to update) and stops the blockage people have been complaining about the current process.

I bought mine after trying my own headphones on all the different Ferrum stacks at Can Jam. With and without Oor and Hypsos. I also grabbed ZMF Caldera and Susvara and sounded even better. I bought with 30 day return for home and never sent it back.

Thanks so much. I ought to check if the previous owner had cross feed on or not. I assume it was off if not using headphones. Now I know how to turn it on for use with my headphone amp in DAC mode.
