How did the minidisc dac compare to the Schiit? I have someone local selling a sony jb920 for a pennies and im interested in listening to something a little different than my topping e30/l30 stack. Plus, if I ever head back to my parents house I'm pretty sure they kelp all my old minidiscs.

How do you like it? I've been curious about R2R dacs and it seems like a very reasonable way to get into one of those, not to mention, having the option for balanced connections is something I would like to take advantage of in the future.

I haven't heard many high-end iem's but for 6k, I'd take a set of Moondrop Kato's and listen to music with a big ole smile on my face and $5,800 sitting in my bank account.
