Ultra disappointed: my 7200 lasted 11 months. Last night, first some sound dropouts in the right channel. Then it died completely. Probably the coil died. Luckily, it's still under warranty, but it certainly is disappointing after the 7000 had lasted 14 years!

Yes, absolutely the same component. And, as a further proof, the replacements cost exactly the same whether ordered from a Denon repair lab, or a Fostex lab!

My D7000 passed away this week... The right driver was already sounding a bit flabby, and now it started to crackle. The rubber ring at the edge of the membrane got worn out and brittle after 14 years, and it cracked... The only place in Italy where they still have official replacement drivers...
