Mine seems to only charge to 100% if powered off when charging (or it goes off). Seems to need Android OS on to work.

They can sound different though as I believe the Sony Sound Options/EQ have an effect over BT too. I use my A307 in Direct mode and for BT I use my S23+ instead as sounds same at same codec/bitrate and more stable on my S23+.

I've found the OS needs to be on and it will stop under 100% but not 80%, its more like 90-95% for me. If you have auto power off enabled while charging again it will then charge to 100% as OS not monitoring to shut off early.
