Is it really that bad. Why did you buy then?

Thanks for the review. Of those I have heard (never heard the lcd4 or the el8c) the sine is the only Audeze set I might own, but their lack of comfort would put the kibosh on them too. Got sucked into the hype on some lcd2s without hearing them first, a lesson which ended up costing me $300. Don't see that happening again. Too bad being overpriced can't make up for the lousy sound quality. Cheers mate.

Gratz on voicing your opinion.  Most people just give everything 4-5 stars.

hey andrew! as my review states, I bought from the apple store, which offers a 14-day return policy. I wasn't sure I would like them, but I wanted to try them out to make sure, and wrote this up for the benefit of the community. Why do I buy headphones with return policies? So I can have more knowledge without the fear of monetary penalty!

One star?! At first I thought this was a troll, then I read the review. Glad to see an honest opinion rather than 4 or 5 stars. I like the Audeze sound, personally. Thank you for the review!
