Bram... nice insight on this amp... concise but enough to get the idea on how it would sound...

Amplifier casing doesn't seem to be properly grounded and headphone output may get EMI noise when the amplifier is placed in close proximity to EMI transmitting devices such as cordless DECT phone."
Grounding alone might not help... 6922 tubes are designed for TV to operate in VHF to UHF frequency (up to 3GHz, which have 10cm wavelength) while DECT also operate in VHF/UHF band. it would need a good grounded sealead case (no hole bigger/longer than 2cm or even 1cm) to reduce EMI.
