Appreciate the cushion swap changes/comparisons!

Do you have to have the "power ON", to use them in wired mode? If not, is there a difference in Sound Quality, regarding having the power ON when Wired, vs, power OFF when wired. ????

@FullBright1 When the wire is plugged 'power ON' is not possible. Nothing happens even if you press that button.

Question: In your opinion; if you've listened to music through the SONY WH-1000XM3 and the BOSE NCH 700, where would the Grado GW100 fall in terms of audio performance.
