@acain : excellent review, Adam!!!  I really enjoyed the read, but have to admit my favorite part of the review are those headphones stands.  Totally captivated how they look, did you make it yourself?  Looks totally sick, one with a round base where you put the leather cable case and the other one with a nice little stand for your AK100ii.  And the wood matches headband color

I clicked them to see the large size high rez ones and the photos do really look great!
The photos for just the MH30 looks amazing but then with the MH40 in it... spoils it personally haha. Is it just me or do the MH40s look like a headphone from world war two, kinda like how Grados are?

I did make the stands thanks for the comments guys. The MH40 do look retro.

Very nice review. How do you feel about the cable getting pinched by the fulcrum/ear cup? That's the only design problem I found with the MH30. Great phone though.

I have never had the cable get pinched but I will have to watch for it just in case.
