For some reason when connected to my Thinkphone it only shows up as LDAC in Bluetooth. I haven’t found a way to change it to APTX AD. All my other dacs do it automatically.

I thought it was a limitation of my phones but if you also have the same problem I'm thinking that it doesn't support all the codecs described.

Wait, are you saying both the EPZ TP30 and Hidizs S9 Pro Plus can drive the 400SE to ear-bleeding levels without distortion while the M4 can't?? While both of those have lower official max-power specs?
