Sound Analysis
I use a variety of iems to test the cable.
Lows
The cable helps to boost the sub-bass slightly and provides more rumble. I feel the bass is slightly more smooth. Mid-bass has taken a step back and there is less slam. The overall bass quantity increases and the quality is not compromised.
Mids
There is a slight increase in the body of lower mids and this makes the overall midrange slightly thicker. The upper mids become less forward and it is less energetic. The presentation is slower and smoother.
Highs
The treble becomes more smooth and extension is still the same. I feel there is more details. The quantity of air is still the same with a slight sparkle. The control on the treble is more tight and the articulation improves.

Conclusion
This cable is definitely an upgrade over your stock cable and it helps to enhance the sound to a certain degree. I believe if you are in the market searching for a budget cable for either sound or ergonomics, this is a good cable to consider.

I bought this for my Massdrop Plus and I am very unhappy with it. The bass is still there, but the mids have become muddled and fatiguing. Further more, even though I bought it from Penon's side, all I got from them inside the plain brown shipping box was the cable in a cheap, grey plastic zip bag and a cheap faux-leather round leather cable holder.

I didn't get the cable in the retail box and I just feel something's wrong with my copy.
