How far the budget KZ DQ6, a fellow 3 DD can go against this?

Never had the DQ6 so I have no idea. I seen folks compare this to the UM 3D terminator though on the Penon thread.

its on completely different price bracket which suggest big technical gap.
but its might be interesting to see how far the budget segment can go.

Which one would it be, serial h50 or aladdin? Im looking to sidegrade my fave h40 which i bought because of your rec

Depends. H50 is tuned differently vs the H40, more detail oriented with more trebles vs the H40. Serail 3 dynamic if your into your natural sound signatures. Aladdin is a very good all rounder and will be easily as enjoyable as the H40. To be honest you really can't go wrong with any of the IEMs you mentioned.

What would be your pick? I like to listen to complex tracks h40 doesnt do them justice. Im looking for more clarity but not analytical, has good separation and layering, and any big upgrade from h40 is ok to me
