So these sound exactly the same as A83 right?

From what I know, the tuning has been left untouched. Difference is in the colour scheme, reduced accessories, MMCX connector and price of course.

@HiFiChris : can you use any mmcx based cables with this version and/or can you use the included mmcx cable with any mmcx based IEMs/CIEMs?  Just curious because original A83 cable had a special tab locking the rotation of the cable, while you could use any aftermarket cable with those.  Fidue replacement balanced cable had standard universal connector, and as you probably seen, I just posted a little write up about A83FB where they decided to make cable permanently attached.  Too many cable variations around one hybrid
