apple ipod rumors and speculation heard this morning-new touch

Disclaimer: this is 3rd hand information from a friend of a friend who has a freind so i make no claims as to veracity

There is going to be new firmware and software announced for the touches and the iphone announced at mac world. Main features are hooks to use the to be announced movie rental option and adding the mail client to the exiting touches

Also a 32GB touch.

Even more out there but possible is wireless stereo earbuds for the touch and iphone but not using bluetooth, but some variant on 802.11g.

So what you are saying in essence is that since the RUMOR does nor come from a site called MacRUMORS, there would not be any validity to it?

That's pretty funny. For all either of us know, the sources for them might be among us. And certainly they never get anything wrong........

Myself, I take these with a big dose of skepticism though with the possible exception of the new headphones seems not only possible, but likely at some point. Now if we were talking about hydrogen based super touches with a 60 inch virtual screen.....

i doubt its physically impossible. certainly cost prohibitive, but i think it could be done. it would be even easier if you allowed it to be the thickness of the current 80GB offering (adding an additional 2.5mm to the touch).
